5. Refund Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Completed work is non-refundable.

• Refunds (if any) are at our sole discretion.

If a project is cancelled midway:

• Client will be billed for completed work.

• No intellectual property will be transferred until payment is cleared.

Upon full payment:

• The client owns final approved deliverables.

• Website files and content created specifically for the client become their property.

Our Rights

We reserve the right to:

• Use project screenshots for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

We retain ownership of:

• Pre-existing tools

• Code frameworks

• Internal systems

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Deliver required content, images, and materials on time.

• Ensure legal ownership of provided materials.

• Review and approve work within reasonable time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by client inactivity.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services such as:
